There are only X number of content readers out there. And now they’re spending some of their time not reading, but creating. Back in 1997, when I worked for a different consulting company, I was in charge of running the company’s email discussion group, a forerunner of Twitter type stuff. Often the content is rich, but the length is just too, too, too much. Content is very important. For gosh sakes, content is king, after all. No argument from me on that one. But appearance is not important? Come on. |
