In the course of my blog consulting work when I tell clients that they should be posting frequently, they ask many questions. There is an old expression (yikes, I’m dating myself) that says if your “ears are burning” someone must be talking about you. Naturally your ears are not actually burning. Or are they? FAQs (frequently asked questions) can cut down on many inquiries your company may need to field from existing or future customers. I know. I hear it quite frequently. You’re thinking about starting a blog for your business. A quick way of increasing the size, and with it the diversity and quality, of an online community will be to ask a question. Go ahead. Ask a question. If you’re getting a lot of negative comments from one particular commenter on your blog, should you post those comments or should you delete them? |
